Je détestais alors tout ce qui contenait des dates - soupir - parce que j'étais une enfant difficile (à table, on s'entend ;) ). Mais les carrés aux dates de ma mère on vite fait de remédier à cette lacune.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Quant au gâteau Reine-Elisabeth, la version que j'ai connue contient aussi des noix de Grenoble, mais dans la pâte plutôt que le glaçage. Je reçois demain vendredi et je désire f...</title><content type='html'>Bonjour,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Je reçois demain vendredi et je désire faire le gâteau Reine-Élizabeth de Sukie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Par contre, j'ai des questions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- pour l'oeuf,j'ai gros (pas extra-gros ni petit).  Combien dois-je en mettre?&lt;br /&gt;- pour la crême 35%, laquelle dois-je utiliser?  Je serais portée à dire celle à cuisson compte-tenu qui faut l'amener à ébullition, mais est-ce qu'une crême champêtre ou à fouetter peut faire l'affaire?&lt;br /&gt;- à la fin, lorsque que je remets le gâteau à broil pendant 5 min en le surveillant de très près, je surveille quoi exactement?
